Use of the service
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the form for lawful purposes only, and not to attempt to disrupt the service or access data you are not authorized to view.
Lead delivery
If you submit an inquiry, your information will be delivered to a lending partner in our network that fits your profile. That partner may be a lender, a licensed broker, or a lending marketplace, and may share your inquiry with lenders in its own network in order to present offers. The partner — not Ark Beacon — is responsible for any subsequent loan offer or denial.
